Top Draft Hockey DOES NOT communicate with the client's parents. After the initial call or meeting, and the Player has registered with our company, the Player will handle all communication with the Top Draft Agent/Advisor.  We are here to support the Player and prepare them for the next level of sport and life, which requires taking ownership of their career, improving communication skills, responsibility, and organization. 

 

When necessary, the Player will speak to their Coach or GM, not the parents. We will advise the player on how to communicate with Team Personnel, how to request meetings, address any issues, and how to keep an open dialogue with the Coaching Staff. Top Draft will support and assist every step of the way. Having strong communication skills and building confidence when speaking with Team Personnel will be key to their success.
