Why Top Draft Hockey?

Established in 2007, Top Draft Hockey is a leader is sports management and hockey development. Over the past 12 years we have added top hockey minds and strategic business partners to our team in order to grow Top Draft Hockey in to a premier boutique agency and advisory group. With six regional offices across North America and Europe, and our head office minutes from Canada's Parliament Hill, TDH is able to provide our staff and clients with round-the-clock mentoring and guidance in all corners of the globe.

Our front office consists of former NHL executives and draft picks, former OHL managers and scouts, MBA, B.Comm, Sports Admin and Kinesiology graduates, agents pursuing NHLPA certification, and some of the brightest hockey development staff you will find. We have negotiated contracts at every level of hockey from pro to college to major junior, and we are well versed in the NCAA protocol having five former NCAA players on staff.

In addition, over the past 8 seasons, TDH has designed and executed North America's leading development and exposure camps by brining together 12 NHL Scouts and 12 NCAA Coaches to evaluate and coach our athletes at the camps. These camps have seen over 200 players sign contracts or make verbal commitments as a direct result of the world-class personnel in attendance. No other camp in the world houses as many NHL and NCAA staff at a summer development event.
